Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

Items in stock we post the same or at the latest the next working day with the delivery companies, that will deliver the parcel as fast as possible. Advanced orders will be shipped as soon as they are available. 

What shipping rates do I have to pay?

For shippings to Austrian addresses, to Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy we charge 4 Euros per parcel. The shipping rate to all other European countries is 6 Euro per parcel, worldwide it's 14 Euros.

If you pick up your order at the ticket-office of Radiokulturhaus (RKH), no shipping cost is charged. You find the RKH ticket office in Argentinierstraße 30 in 1040 Vienna. Your order is ready for pick-up two working day after you placed it. Pick-up every working day from 4 to 7 pm, except in times of school holidays.

How can I pay?

We deliver against cash in advance an on account (only in Europe), but also accept credit cards. We reserve the right to sell only against cash in advance. In this case we will send you an email with all the necessary information. 

Can I return items?

It’s your right to return goods with full refund of the purchasing price. Sealed goods like CDs, DVDs and books you can only return in their original packaging with their sealing intact. So, please do not open the plastic film protecting the goods, if you want to return them. 

Please fill out the form for returning goods – either online or as a model withdrawal form to print out. The latter you have to enclose in your return. If you like to return goods at the ticket office in the RadioKulturhaus in Vienna, please bring the invoice with you that was enclosed in the  delivery. 

As soon as we have received the goods you will receive full refund to your account or your credit card. Please understand that we can not refund the shipping costs.

How can I redeem a coupon?

At the end of check-out you can redeem your coupon. In the section „Complete order“ simply enter you voucher code and the sum (or the percentage) will automatically be deducted from your invoice.
