Payment and Delivery

Minimum order value, shipping costs excluded, must amout to EUR 5. This rule does not apply to FM4 posters.

We deliver the goods orderered by the customer to the address given by the customer.

Shipping rates

• EUR 4 per delivery to destinations in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy
• EUR 6 to all other European destinations
• EUR 14 to all non european destinations - please also see the list of countries we ship to

Shipping costs will be separately listed on the customer's order confirmation.

Methods of payment

For orders from within the EU we accept the following methods of payment:

• payment on receipt of goods and invoice up to a maximum order value of EUR 100 (i.e. payment by Euro bank transfer)
• advance payment
• payment by credit card.
• Euro bank transfer

Bank details

In case of payment by Euro bank transfer you need the following data:

• IBAN: AT17 1100 0002 6385 0008 and the
• BIC: BKAUATWW

Transfer from outside the EU

The only accepted methods of payment for customers from outside of the EU is either advance payment or payment by credit card.
