Frequently asked questions

We hand over items that are available for immediate delivery to our delivery partner on the same or next working day at the latest, who will then deliver your package to you as quickly as possible. We reserve advance orders and send them to you as soon as they are available.

You can pay in advance, on account or by credit card. If you are ordering from us for the first time or have a negative credit history, we ask you to pay in advance. As soon as the corresponding amount has been credited to our account, we will dispatch the goods.

We deliver worldwide. Countries in which political circumstances make postal deliveries impossible may be excluded. Please refer to our table of countries to which we ship our products.

For deliveries within Austria, to Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy, the shipping costs are four euros. For deliveries to other European countries we charge six euros. For worldwide deliveries we charge 14 Euro shipping costs. Detailed information on shipping costs can be found here.

You can redeem a voucher at the end of the order process. On the “Check and order” page, under the heading “Further options”, you will find a field in which you can enter your voucher code. The amount or percentage that the voucher gives you will then be automatically deducted from your invoice.

You have the right to return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price. However, you can only return sealed goods if the original packaging is intact. Therefore, do not open the plastic packaging - e.g. for CDs, DVDs and books - if you do not want to keep them after all.

Please print out the withdrawal form, fill it in and enclose it with the return shipment. Alternatively, you can also complete the returns form online before sending the goods back to us.

As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your current or credit card account. Please understand that we cannot refund the shipping costs.
